When the water pressure difference between the inlet pressure gauge and the outlet pressure gauge of the filter screen increases to the specified value (the accuracy diameter of the filter screen is different, the pressure difference is different, generally 0.15Mpa), open the sewage valve and put it into work, the water flow backflushes the impurities and dirt attached to the inner wall of the mesh core, discharges the attached matter out of the strainer, and closes the sewage valve when the pressure difference between inside and outside returns to normal, so as to complete the filtration and sewage work process.
If the user selects an automatic water filter, differential pressure blowdown and regular sewage can be selected.
1. Differential pressure discharge: when impurities accumulate to a certain amount, the differential pressure signal between the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes is used to backwash the blowdown, the differential pressure transmitter signal is connected to the control signal, the control mechanism opens the electric sewage valve, the electric reducer will run at a speed of 3-6 revolutions per minute, and the water flow backwashes the impurity dirt attached to the inner wall of the mesh core.
It is discharged into the cooling water outlet pipe through the sewage line and the sewage valve.
2. If necessary, the user can set the sewage discharge time, set the cleaning and discharging time within 0-9999 hours, let the electric reducer reverse to open the sewage valve, and reverse the backwash sewage discharge in turn.
3. According to the needs and possibilities, customers can manually open the sewage button to control and inspect the use of the system operation mode.
